First and Foremost, we are about Jesus.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ

As Christians, there is one major thing that separates us from many other religions and faith based systems — we believe that Jesus is unique in His identity and ability.  He is unique in his identity, because He is no ordinary man.  When He lived on earth, He preached, taught and healed in ways that demonstrated to that 1st century that this was not simply a good teacher, but a man, who was claiming to have the same status as God — that He was in fact, the Son of God and equal with God–He was God. Some believed Jesus. Others doubted, but what no one could ever do is mistake His message for anything other than claiming to be divine.
The Gospel hinges on understanding that you won’t want what He offers if you can’t accept that He can do what He offers. You only want what He offers if you can trust that He is bigger and stronger than you and able to do what you can’t do for yourself.
You see, the Gospel of Jesus is simply this:
1) We have a sin problem. At the heart of so much destruction, hatred, hostility and resentment, lies the true culprit that permeates our lives — sin. Sins are actions and attitudes that are destructive, opposed to the God who made us and create a rift between us and God, us and others, and a lack of peace within ourselves.
2) Jesus came to the earth to solve this sin problem by dying on a cross. Jesus died on the cross so that by His death and sacrifice, our sins might be forgiven. Sin is such a big deal that a mere apology doesn’t make it better. We need what Jesus did on the Cross . . .the ultimate expression of the love God has for us to happen . . . without Jesus death we stand condemned in our sin and outside the family of God.
3) We each have to make a decision about Jesus. John 1:12 says “But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.”  If you believe what Jesus has done on the Cross and ask Him to forgive your sins, and accept Him as your Lord, which means to give Him the right to the driver’s seat in your life, you become a child of God. This gift of salvation is offered to everyone and requires nothing on our part, but receiving the gift that God so wants to give us.
So . . . what are you waiting for? With such a great gift, why would you turn it down. Accept Jesus today and begin your new life with Him and let us know about your decision so we can support you in your decision and pray for you.
